Note:

V = 1/60 S

H = 1/15770 s = 63.6uS

262.5 Lines including Vertical Blanking. The following circuit uses 263 Lines.

The first 21 Lines out of the 263 Lines are used for vertical blanking.

Programming Info

Device Options:
Turbo Bit = ON
Security Bit = OFF
Enable JTAG Support = ON
User Code = ffff

N.C. = No Connect. This pin has no internal connection to the device.
VCC = Dedicated power pin, which MUST be connected to VCC.
GND = Dedicated ground pin or unused dedicated input, which MUST be connected to GND.
RESERVED = Unused I/O pin, which MUST be left unconnected.
