8 Leds spin on a "5 1/4 Floppy Drive" Motor emulating a 100 led display.

I have this display currently connected to my cars stop lights, this will later be modified so it includes a switch which changes the message, eg. when being tail-gated the message could be BACK OFF! or something simular.
